On October 30, 2020 at 1:57 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Augustin Gregory Mormann, 31, of Oelwein. Mormann was arrested on a Fayette County Probation Violation Warrant.  This arrest took place in the 500 block of Rock Island Road.

On October 28, 2020 at 2:59 Oelwein Police Cited Kaleen Marie Frahm, 26, of Oelwein for No Valid Driver’s License.  This came after a traffic accident in the 1000 block of N Frederick.

Oelwein Officers responded to the 900 block of 1st Av SW for a domestic dispute, on October 24, 2020 at 11:45 a.m.  Officers arrested Chad Elliott South, age 30 of Denver, Iowa for Domestic Assault, Simple Misdemeanor.

On October 25, 2020 at 2:35 p.m., Officers responded to the 100 block of South Frederick for an attempted assault. Officers arrested Augustin Gregory Mormann, age 31 of Oelwein, in the 400 block of 1st Av SE.  Mormann has been charged with Providing False Identifying Information and Interference with Official Acts, both Simple Misdemeanors;  Driving While License Barred, Aggravated Misdemeanor;  and OWI 3rd Offense, a Class "D" Felony.

On October 22, 2020 at 4:29 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 500 block S Frederick.   Officers cited Alexander James Frazer, age 20 of Oelwein on a charge of Driving while License Suspended. 

 On October 18, 2020 at 10:13 A.M., Oelwein Officers were called to the 400 block 5th AV SE for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

On October 18, 2020 at 8:18 P.M., Oelwein Police Cited Jordan Johnson Gallmeyer , 28, of Oelwein with a citation for Illegal Burning. This citation followed a call in the 10 block of 6^th ST SW

On October 18, 2020 at 10:51 P.M., Oelwein Officers were called to the 10 block 2^nd ST NW for a report of Burglary.  This incident remains under investigation

On October 12, 2020 at 3:05 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the area of East Charles and 1st Av SE.  Officers arrested Jennifer Ann Schuldt, age 42 of Oelwein on charges of OWI 1st Offense, a Serious Misdemeanor and Child Endangerment, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.

On October 11, 2020 at 4:45 a.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 100 block of 6th Av SW.  Officers arrested Goldie Iseton, age 53 of Oelwein, on a charge of OWI 1st Offense, a Serious Misdemeanor.

In the 400 block of South Frederick, on October 12, 2020 at 1:00 a.m., Oelwein Officers checked on a male acting suspiciously.  Officers arrested Matthew Wade Moore, age 28, of Oelwein for a Fayette County Sheriff's warrant for Possession With Intent to Deliver.  Oelwein Officers also charged Moore with Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class "D" Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Deliver, a Class "C" Felony; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor.

On October 9, 2020 at 9:07 A.M., Oelwein Officers were called to the 1000 block South Frederick for a report of Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation

 On October 9, 2020 at 1:17 P.M., Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block 12^th AV NW for a report of a Burglary.  This incident remains under investigation

On October 8, 2020 at 8:26 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Theresa Lynn Forbes, 45, of Oelwein.  Forbes was arrested on a Clayton County Warrant on an original charge of possession of Marijuana.  This arrest followed an officers interaction with the subject in the 10 block on 2^nd ST NW.

On October 5, 2020 at 7:30 p.m., Oelwein Officers were called to a disturbance in the 600 block of 2nd Avenue NE in Oelwein.  Officers arrested Ryan William Eickhoff, age 32 of Oelwein on two counts of Assault, Public Intoxication, and Disorderly Conduct.  All charges are Simple Misdemeanors.
