At 11:51 A.M., on November 30, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block 8th AV NW for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation.

On November 30, 2019 at 11:18 p.m., Oelwein Police arrested Jason Lee Allen Nuehring,  34, of Oelwein.  Nuehring was arrested on a Fayette County Probation Violation Warrant on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance 2^nd Offense.  This arrest followed an incident in the 200 block 1^st ST SE

On November 29, 2019 at 7:16 A.M., Oelwein Officers cited Jeffrey Marcellinus Friis, age 56 of Oelwein, for Failure to Abate as Ordered, a property in the 200 block 5^th AV NE.  This citation stemmed from abatement served in November 2019.

At 6:30 A.M., on November 28, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block 2nd AV NW for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation.

At 1:46 P.M., on November 27, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block West Charles for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation.

At 6:53 P.M., on November 27, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 10 block 1^st ST SW for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation.

At 7:18 A.M., on November 26, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 200block 3rd AV  NW for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation.

At 7:18 A.M., on November 23, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 200block 3rd AV  NW for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation.

At 10:57 A.M., on November 22, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 1200 block 2^nd ST NW for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation.

On November 19, 2019 at 1:55 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the first block of 1st Avenue SE.  Officers arrested Andrew Scott Lien, age 32 of Oelwein on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Misdemeanor;  Possession of Methamphetamine, Serious Misdemeanor; and Driving While License Barred, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.

Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 500 block of Rock Island Road on November 19, 2019 at 8:10 p.m.  Officers cited Carol Ann Campbell, age 55, for Driving While License Suspended.

On November 17, 2019 at 10:57 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 100 block of 5^th AV SW.  Officers arrested Bennie Lamont Dillard, age 53 of Oelwein on a Buchanan County Warrant on an original charge of Driving while License Suspended.  Dillard was also cited for Driving While License Suspended.

On November 15, 2019 at 10:15 p.m., Oelwein Officers arrested Michael Allan Rickert, age 43 of Oelwein, on a Fayette County Warrant for Voluntary Absence from Custody from the West Union Residential Facility.  Rickert was arrested in the 100 block of 8th Avenue NW.
