A 6:06 P.M., on March 13, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 2300 block of South Fredrick Avenue for a report of Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

A 7:24 A.M., on March 2, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 400 block of 7^th AV SW for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation

At 5:10 P.M., on March 8, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block 7^th ST SW for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

On March 8, 2020 at 9:16 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Allyssa Michele Garrison, 25, of Oelwein.  Garrison was arrested on a Fayette County Warrant on original charges of Child Endangerment.  Garrison was also charged with Interference –Simple Misdemeanor. This arrest followed a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Charles.

On March 7, 2020 at 2:47 A.M., Oelwein Police arrested Brandon David Roth, 35, of Oelwein.  Roth was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree-Serious Misdemeanor, Public Intoxication-Simple Misdemeanor and Trespass-Simple Misdemeanor.  This arrest followed an incident in the 400 block 1^st AV SE.

On March 4, 2020 at 12:26 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Andrew Lee Heth, 33, of Oelwein.  Heth was arrested on a Fayette County Warrant on an original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault.  This arrest followed an officers interaction with the suspect in the 1500 block S Frederick.

On March 4, 2020 at 9:58 P.M., Oelwein Officers cited Briana May Welsh, age 35 of Waterloo for Driving while License Suspended. This citation resulted from a traffic stop in the 10 block 6^th AV NE for defective equipment.

On March 3, 2020 at 6:27 A.M., Oelwein Officers cited Jared Mason Opperman, age 21 of Oelwein for Driving while License Suspended. This citation resulted from a traffic stop in the 100 block 1^st AV SE.

At 10:33 P.M., on March 2, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 400 block of 13^th AV NW for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

At 9:22 A.M., on February 28, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block of 1^st ST SE for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

At 9:26 P.M., on February 28, 2020 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block of 5^th AV NE for a report of a Burglary.  This incident remains under investigation

Oelwein Officers cited Samatha Jo Culbert, age 28, of Oelwein for Failure to Abate As Ordered. This citation stems from violations at a residence in the 200 block of 3rd Av SE.

On February 25, 2020 at 12:50 a.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 100 block of 7th St SE.  Officers arrested Carson Marie Larson, age 19 of Fayette on charges of Possession of Marijuana, a Serious Misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Misdemeanor.  Larson was also warned for excessive speed.

On February 23, 2020 at 5:46 P.M., Oelwein Officers cited Christian Henry Opperman, age 24 of Oelwein for Driving while License Suspended and Failure to Provide Proof of Liability Insurance.  This citation resulted from a traffic stop in the 100 block 7^th ST SE.

 On February 23 2020 at 9:40 p.m., Oelwein Police arrested Andrew Scott Lien, 32, of Oelwein.  Lien was arrested on a Fayette County warrant on an original charge of DWLB.  This arrest came after an officers interaction with the subject in the 100 block 1^st AV NW.
