Oelwein Police investigated a motor vehicle accident in the 600 block of Rock Island Road at 9:49 a.m. September 1st, 2022. A Toyota Highlander driven by Victoria Ecker backed into a Chevy Equinox owned by Donald Brandt. Initial estimates of damage were $4000 to each vehicle. No citations were issued as a result of this accident.
