On December 11, 2018 at 4:00 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop on Outer Road.   Officers arrested Sarri Sue Danker, 56 years old of Fayette for 2^nd Offense Operating while Intoxicated.

On December 10, 2018 at 9:50 a.m., Oelwein Police Officers responded to the 10 block of 1st Avenue NE for a reported burglary.  This incident remains under investigation.

While on patrol at 8:05 p.m. on December 10, 2018 Oelwein Police checked on a suspicious vehicle in the 2600 block of Hwy 150 South.  Officers consequently arrested Tara Ann Scott, age 25 of Oelwein on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, a Serious Misdemeanor.

On December 11,2018 at 3:45 a.m., Oelwein Officers arrested Chaz Franklin Euans for a Fayette County Sheriff's Warrant for Failure to Comply With a Court Order to Appear for Treatment.  Officers also charged Euans for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor.

On December 7, 2018 at 7:50 p.m., Officers took a report of a Burglary in the 200 block of 2nd AV SE.  A report was taken and this incident remains under investigation.

On December 3, 2018 at 4:35 p.m., Oelwein Officers checked a residence in the 100 block of 3rd Avenue NW for a female with a warrant out of Black Hawk County.  Officers arrested Marissa Kay Woods, age 18 of Oelwein on charges from a Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office Warrant for Assault-Willfully Causing Serious Injury.

On December 3, 2018 at 4:35 p.m., Oelwein Officers checked a residence in the 100 block of 3rd Avenue NW for a female with a warrant out of Black Hawk County.  Officers arrested Marissa Kay Woods, age 18 of Oelwein on charges from a Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office Warrant for Assault-Willfully Causing Serious Injury.

On December 1, 2018 at 2:14 p.m., Officers took a report of a Theft in the 100 block of 1^st AV SE.  A report was taken and this incident remains under investigation.

Oelwein Police are investigating a motor vehicle theft compliant. Oelwein Police received a report of a theft of a motor vehicle at 6:18 p.m., on December 1, 2018 from the 100 block 3^rd AV NW.  The vehicle is described as silver 2002 Ford Focus.  This incident remains under investigation.

On November 30, 2018 Oelwein Officers cited Christian Chaske Kapler, age 39 of Oelwein, for Failure to Abate Property as Ordered.  This charge is a result of an abatement registered at a property in the 10 block of 3rd St NW.

November 30, 2018 at 4:00 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 600 block of 1st St NW.  Officers cited Jade Lynn Ann Nuehring, 35 years old of Oelwein for Driving While License Suspended.

Oelwein Officers responded to the 10 block of North Frederick in Oelwein at 4:30 p.m. on November 30th for a vehicle that was reported to have run into a pole.  Officers arrested Wendy Kay Henderson, age 55 of Oelwein on a charge of 1st Offense OWI.

On November 28, 2018 at 2:14 p.m., Officers took a report of a Theft in the 500 block of W Charles.  A report was taken and this incident remains under investigation.

On November 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Oelwein Officers arrested Gary Joseph McNamara, age 21 of Oelwein for a Fayette County Sheriff's warrant for Probation Violation.

Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 10 block of 12th Street SE on November 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.  Officers cited and released David Michael Hurst, age 48 of Oelwein for Driving While License Suspended.

On November 24, 2018 at 10:15 p.m., Oelwein Officers arrested Mykala Lynn Meike, age 25 of Oelwein on two Fayette County Sheriff's Office warrants for Failure to Appear on Show Cause Hearings.

Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop on November 26, 2018 at 12:30 a.m. in the 100 block of 1st Av SE.  Officers cited and released Maryann Kaylynn Bockenstadt, age 27, of Oelwein for Driving While License Suspended.
