On January 18, 2020 at 3:50 a.m., in the 400 block of South Frederick, Oelwein Officers arrested Ashley Marie Bolton, age 33, of Oelwein for Public Intoxication, a Simple Misdemeanor.

Oelwein Officers arrested Jason Lynn Burkey, age 31, of Oelwein on a Fayette County Warrant, original charges of Child Endangerment, an Aggravated Misdemeanor and Simple Assault.  Burkey presented himself at the Oelwein Police Department on January 18, 2020 at 10:00 a.m..

On January 19, 2020 at 4:40 p.m., Oelwein Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of 2nd Street SE.  Officers arrested Henry Arnold Markin, age 44 of Oelwein for Interference With Official Acts, Simple Misdemeanor.

On January 16, 2020 at 2:49 A.M., Oelwein Officer arrested Andrew Lee Heth, 33, of Oelwein.   Heath was arrested and charged with Operating while Intoxicated 1^st – Serious Misdemeanor.  This arrest occurred in Hazleton following a incident where a vehicle refused to stop for officers at the intersection of HWY 281 and 150.

At 8:47P.M., on January 16, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 10 block of 4^th ST NW for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

On January 16, 2020 at 11:25 p.m., Oelwein Officer responded to the 400 block of 1^st ST NE. Officers arrested Connie Lynn Staton, age 49 of Oelwein on a charge of Public Intoxication, a Simple Misdemeanor.

At 2:40 P.M., on January 12, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 10 block of North Frederick for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

On January 11, 2020 at 6:29 p.m., Oelwein Officer responded to the 10 block of S Frederick.  Officers arrested Clark David Moser, age 62 of Oelwein on a charge of Public Intoxication, a Simple Misdemeanor.

On January 9, 2020 at 5:40 p.m., Oelwein Officer responded to the 2500 block of S Frederick.  Officers arrested Scott Peltier, age 50 of Fayette on a charge of Public Intoxication, a Simple Misdemeanor.

At 12:27 P.M., on January 8 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block of 8^th AV SW for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

At 6:32 P.M., on January 8 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 2500 block of South Frederick for a report of a Burglary.  This incident remains under investigation

At 12:38 P.M., on January 7 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 1400 block of South Frederick for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation

On January 6, 2019 at 1:20 a.m., Officers were called to a residence in the 400 block of 5th Av SE in Oelwein for a reported altercation.  Officers arrested Nicholas Jean Eickhoff, age 21 of Oelwein, on a charge of Assault Displaying a Dangerous Weapon, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.

At 3:27 A.M., on January 4, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 100 block 7^th ST SE for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation

At 11:28  A.M., on January 3, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 300 block  5^th AV SE for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation.

On January 3, 2019 at 10:28 P.M., Oelwein Officers cited Michelle Jolene Peti, age 45 of Oelwein, for Failure to Abate as Ordered, a property in the 1100 block 1^st AV SW.  This citation stemmed from abatement served in December 2019.
