Brush Pick-Up

High winds caused many trees and branches to fall on June 30th, 2014. City crews are working to pick up downed trees and clear roadways. This work will continue throughout this week and into next. First priority is to clear all roadways and then clearing limbs and brush will begin.  We ask citizens to place their brush/limbs near the curb and crews will be around for clean-up in the upcoming days. This will take quite a while since much damage was done in a short amount of time, and we are closed on Friday, July 4th, for a long holiday weekend. Crews are not allowed to access brush/limbs/trees on private property, it must be at the curb. -Jamie Letzring, City Administrator.
