On March 20, 2017 at 11:05 p.m., in the 100 block of 1st Avenue NW, Oelwein Officers arrested Jacob Howard Straw, age 34, of Independence on a Department of Correction's Services Warrant for Escape from a Correctional Residential Facility where he was being held on an original charge of Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card.
