At 1:26 a.m., on February 12, 2017 Oelwein Police arrested Luke Travis Meyer, 21, of Oelwein.  Meyer was arrested and charged with Driving while License Suspended-Simple Misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-Simple Misdemeanor.  This arrest followed a traffic stop in the 1000 block of North Frederick Avenue
