On September 7, 2013 at 12:50 a.m., Oelwein Officers were called to a residence in the 600 block of 2nd Street NE in Oelwein for two juveniles acting suspiciously. Upon arrival Officers found Walker Alan Rowcliffe, age 15 and Olivia Rupright, age 15 both of Oelwein to be intoxicated. Rowcliffe and Rupright were both cited and released on a charge of Possession of Alcohol under the Legal age.

On September 6, 2013 at 5:06 p.m., Oelwein Officers were called to a business in the 100 block of South Frederick for a shoplifter. Officers cited Matthew Allen Dixon, age 15 of Oelwein a charge of Theft 5th Degree, a Simple Misdemeanor.
