On February 10, 2014 at 7:15 a.m., Oelwein Officers went to a residence in the 10 block of 4th St NW in Oelwein to check for a subject wanted on a Fayette County Sheriff’s warrant. Officers arrested David Eugene Matthews, age 25, of Oelwein on the warrant, original charges of Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree.
