On June 22, 2013 at 11:07 p.m., Oelwein Officers conducted a routine traffic stop in the 700 block of South Frederick Ave in Oelwein. Devin Timothy Trumbley, age 18, of Dunkerton and Ashley Elizabeth Sellers, age 18, of Cedar Falls was both cited and released on a charge of Possession of Alcohol under Legal Age a Simple Misdemeanor.

On June 22, 2013 at 10:22 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a routine traffic stop on a vehicle at the corner of East Charles St and East Line Rd in Oelwein. Officers arrested the driver Mistie Marie Schmidt, age 24, of Oelwein on Driving while License Suspended a Simple Misdemeanors.

On June 22, 2013 at 6:50 p.m., Oelwein Officers executed a routine traffic stop in the 300 block of Outer Rd in Oelwein. Officers arrested the driver Rocco Manzi III, age 54, of Maynard on OWI 2nd Offense an Aggravated Misdemeanor and subsequently cited Carol Lou Steiner, age 57, of Maynard on a charge of Open Container as a Passenger, a Simple Misdemeanor.
