On June 12, 2013 at 8:25 am, the Oelwein Police Department was informed of a violation of a domestic no contact order. Officers subsequently arrested Benjamin Donald Jensen, age 17 of Oelwein, on charges of Stalking, 1st Offense, an Aggravated Misdemeanor and Tampering with a Witness and Violation of a No Contact Order, both Simple Misdemeanors. Also arrested, Kimberly Jean Jensen, age 48 of Oelwein on charges of Aiding and Abetting-Stalking, an Aggravated Misdemeanor and Aiding and Abetting-Violation of a No Contact Order, a Simple Misdemeanor.

On June 25.2013 at 12:15 a.m., Oelwein Officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 200 block of 6th St NE in Oelwein. Officers, with the assistance of the Fayette County Sheriff’s K9 Deputy, arrested Dustin Lee Westpfahl, age 31 of Oelwein, on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, a Serious Misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor.
