On November 4, 2019 at 7:45 p.m., in the 500 block of 3rd Avenue NW, Oelwein Officers arrested Irene Cordelia Beaulieau, age 53 of Oelwein, on a Chickasaw County Warrant to serve 30 days Mittimus time.

On November 4, 2019 at 1:39 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 200 block of 4^th ST SW.  Officers arrested Richard Allen Butterfield, age 25 of Oelwein, on a charge of Driving While License Suspended, a Simple Misdemeanor.

At 00:12 a.m., on November 3, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 200 block 5th AV SW for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation.

At 6:16 p.m., on November 3, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 200 block 7th AV SW for a report of a Criminal Mischief.  This incident remains under investigation.

On November 2, 2019 at 11:29 p.m., Oelwein Police arrested Bailey Jay Bantz, 22, of Oelwein.  Bantz was arrested on a Bremer County Warrant on an original charge of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  This arrest occurred in the 200 block 5^th AV SW

On November 1, 2019 at 8:30 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 1200 block of West Charles.  Officers arrested Dakota Lee Lovell, age 26 of Oelwein, on a charge of Driving While License Suspended, a Simple Misdemeanor. Further charges are potentially pending in this case.

On October 31, 2019 at 2:55 p.m., in the 100 block of 8th Avenue NW, Oelwein Officers arrested Ross Ian Rivers Cashen, age 39 of Oelwein on a Fayette County warrant for Pretrial Release Violation, original charge Attempted Murder.  Tonya Moritz, age 29 of Oelwein, was also arrested during this incident.  Moritz is charged with Violation of a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order.

On October 26, 2019 at 8:10 a.m., Oelwein Officers arrested Zachary Neal Moser, age 29 of Oelwein, on a Fayette County Sheriff's arrest warrant with an original Oelwein Police Department charge of Robbery 2nd Degree.  This arrest is based on charges from an incident occurring September 22, 2019.

At 2:33 a.m., on October 25, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the10 block 5th AV SW for a report of a Burglary.  This incident remains under investigation.

At 11:52 a.m., on October 25, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 1700 block South Frederick for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation.

At 1:30 p.m., on October 25, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 2600 block South Frederick for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation.

On October 22, 2019 at 2:15 p.m. Oelwein Officers responded to a disturbance in the 10 block of 2nd Street NW.  Officers arrested Nathan Gabriel Kirby, age 33, of Oelwein on charges of Domestic Abuse Assault-3rd Offense, a Class D Felony; Public Intoxication 3rd Offense, Aggravated Misdemeanor; Disorderly Conduct, Simple Misdemeanor; and Interference With Official Acts, Simple Misdemeanor.

Oelwein Officers arrested Laura Eileen Delapaz, age 50 of Magnolia, Texas for a Montgomery County Texas Warrant for Probation Violation, with original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  This arrest was executed in the 800 block of 1st Avenue SW.

At 1:13 p.m., on October 19, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 300 block 8^th AV SE for a report of a Theft.  This incident remains under investigation.

At 9:02 p.m., on October 19, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 400 block North Frederick for a report of a Burglary.  This incident remains under investigation.
