On November 19, 2019 at 1:55 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the first block of 1st Avenue SE. Officers arrested Andrew Scott Lien, age 32 of Oelwein on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Misdemeanor; Possession of Methamphetamine, Serious Misdemeanor; and Driving While License Barred, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 500 block of Rock Island Road on November 19, 2019 at 8:10 p.m. Officers cited Carol Ann Campbell, age 55, for Driving While License Suspended.
On November 17, 2019 at 10:57 p.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 100 block of 5th AV SW. Officers arrested Bennie Lamont Dillard, age 53 of Oelwein on a Buchanan County Warrant on an original charge of Driving while License Suspended. Dillard was also cited for Driving While License Suspended.
On November 15, 2019 at 10:15 p.m., Oelwein Officers arrested Michael Allan Rickert, age 43 of Oelwein, on a Fayette County Warrant for Voluntary Absence from Custody from the West Union Residential Facility. Rickert was arrested in the 100 block of 8th Avenue NW.
On November 14, 2019 at 3:00 p.m., Oelwein Officers arrested Anthony Michael Euvino age 38 of Oelwein, on a Black Hawk County Warrant for Parole Violation with original charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Voluntary Absence. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop in the 500 block of West Charles in Oelwein.
At 4:22 P.M., on November 13, 2019 Oelwein Officers were called to the 700 block 1st AV NE for a report of a Theft. This incident remains under investigation.
On November 13, 2019 at 1:19 P.M., Oelwein Officers cited Gary Roy Wright, age 54 of Oelwein, for Failure to Abate as Ordered, a property in the 800 block South Frederick. This citation stemmed from abatement served in November 2019.
On November 13, 2019 at 8:38 P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Matthew Wade Stacey, 25, of Oelwein Stacey was arrested on a Fayette County Warrant on an original charge of driving while License Suspended as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance-Simple Misdemeanor and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-Simple Misdemeanor. This arrest occurred after an incident in the 10 block of 1st AV SE.
On November 13, 2019 at 11:15P.M., Oelwein Police arrested Roger Dean Hall II, 32, of Oelwein Hall was arrested on a Fayette County Warrant on an original charge Child Endangerment. This arrest occurred after an officer’s interaction with the subject in the 100 block 8th AV SW
On November 12, 2019 at 1:15 a.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 600 block of South Frederick Avenue. Officers arrested Garrett Allan Meisgeier, age 30 of Maynard for Driving While License Barred, an Aggravated Misdemeanor. Meisgeier was also cited for a Registration Violation and No Insurance.
