December 8, 2014

On December 7, 2014 at 4:14 p.m., Oelwein Officers responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of 13th Ave NW in Oelwein. Officers arrested Renee Lynn Snay, age 40, of Oelwein on a Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant.

December 6, 2014

On December 5, 2014 at 10:20 p.m., Oelwein Officers went to an address in the 10 block of 5th Avenue SE in Oelwein to check the residence for a wanted male. Officers arrested James Dillon Owens, age 18, of Oelwein on an Allamakee County Sheriff’s Office warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Owner’s Consent.

On December 6, 2014 at 12:35 a.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 200 block of South Frederick Avenue. Officers cited and released Baileigh Michelle Pauling, age 17, of Oelwein for Driving While License Suspended, a Simple Misdemeanor. In the course of identifying passengers of the vehicle, Officers also arrested Johnathan Edward Greene, age 21 of Hazleton on an Emmett County Sheriff’s Office warrant for Contempt of Court for Refusal or Failure to Pay Fines or Court Costs on an original charge of Frequenting a Disorderly House.

December 7, 2014

At 12:59 a.m., on December 7, 2014, Oelwein Officers responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of 3rd Ave SE in Oelwein. Officers arrested Tonya Jean Cain, age 42, of Oelwein on the charges of Public Intoxication, Interference with Official Acts, and Criminal Mischief in the Fifth Degree all Simple Misdemeanors.

At 8:15 p.m., on December 6, 2014, Oelwein Officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 blk 3rd Ave NE in Oelwein. Officers arrested Kistler Earl Pritchett, age 20, of Oelwein on the charge of Assault a Simple Misdemeanor.

December 5, 2014

On December 4, 2014 at 12:35 p.m., Oelwein Officers were called to a business in the 100 block of 2nd Street SE for a reported shoplifter. Officers arrested Jared Joseph Hill, age 25, of Oelwein on charges of Theft 5th Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Interference With Official Acts. All charges are Simple Misdemeanors.

December 3, 2014

At 4:58 p.m., on December 3, 2014, Oelwein Officers arrest Justin Michael Fauser, age 22, of Oelwein on a Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant with original charges of Theft 5th.

 

November 30, 2014

On November 26, 2014, at 11:25 p.m., Oelwein Officers arrested Miguel Daniel Sanchez, age 24 of Oelwein on a Fayette County Sheriff’s warrant with original charges of Public Intoxication. Sanchez was also charged by the Oelwein Police Department with Public Intoxication, Serious Misdemeanor.

On November 29, 2014 at 12:05 a.m., Oelwein Officers performed a traffic stop in the 100 block of 3rd St NE in Oelwein. Officers subsequently arrested Katie Jane Waters, age 30 of Oelwein on charges of Possession With Intent to Deliver-Meth, Class “C” Felony; Drug Tax Stamp, Class “D” Felony; Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Misdemeanor; Carrying Weapon, Aggravated Misdemeanor; and Driving While Suspended or Revoked, a Simple Misdemeanor. Also arrested was Tracey Clinton Knutson, age 39, of Oelwein on charges of Possession With Intent to Deliver-Meth, Class “C” Felony; Drug Tax Stamp, Class “D” Felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Misdemeanor.

At 7:25 a.m., on November 29, 2014, Oelwein Officers responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of 4th St SE in Oelwein. Officers did arrest Jose Angel Rosales, age 30, of Oelwein on Oelwein Police Department charge of Public Intoxication, a Simple Misdemeanor. Rosales was also arrested on a Fayette County Sheriff’s Office warrant with original charges of Domestic Abuse Assault.

November 27, 2014

On November 27, 2014 at 11:47 a.m., Oelwein Officers responded to a 2 vehicle property damage accident in the area of 2nd St NW and 2nd Ave NW. A 2006 Chevrolet Uplander, driven by Zachary E Reaves of Oelwein collided with a 2nd vehicle, a 1998 Toyota 4 Runner, driven by Mary E Dreikosen of Nelson, WI.

 

November 23, 2014

On November 23, 2014 at 3:55 p.m., Oelwein Officers checked an address in the 10 block of 1st Street SW in Oelwein for a male wanted by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. Officers subsequently arrested Sean David Reisner, age 24, of Oelwein on a warrant with original charges of Violation of Domestic Abuse No Contact Order. Reisner was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine a Serious Misdemeanor.

 

November 21, 2014

On November 20, 2014 at 4:35 p.m., Oelwein Officers were called to a business in the 1300 block of South Frederick in Oelwein. Officers arrested Kathi Ellen Parker, age 56, of Arlington, on a charge of Theft 5th Degree, a Simple Misdemeanor.

On November 20, 2014 at 7:30 p.m., Oelwein Officers arrested Nicole Marie Pingree, age 30, of Oelwein on a Fayette County Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault.

November 18, 2014

On November 11, 2014 at 9:55 p.m., Oelwein Officers checked an address in the 10 block of 5th Street NW in Oelwein for a male wanted by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. Officers subsequently arrested Dustin Lee Westpfahl, age 32, of Oelwein on a warrant with original charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Eluding, and Damien Joseph Ladeburg, age 32, of Oelwein on a warrant with original charges of Failure to Serve Jail time for a charge of Possession of Marijuana.

November 16, 2014

On November 16, 2014 at 3:55 a.m., Oelwein Officers were called to a disturbance in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue NE. Subsequently, Officers arrested Jodie Nycole Corkery, age 24, of Oelwein on a charge of Public Intoxication, a Simple Misdemeanor.

On August 4, 2014 at 5:30 p.m., Oelwein Officers took a report and began an investigation of fraud. On November 16, 2014, officers referred Nicholas Jean Eickhoff, age 16 of Oelwein, to Juvenile Court on a charge of Forgery: Credit Card Use.
