At 10:23 pm on May 18, 2012 Oelwein Police arrested Chad Mitchell Nelson, 41, of Oelwein. Nelson was arrested on a Fayette County Warrant for the original charge of OWI 2nd in the 600 blk 3rd Ave SW.

At 12:45 pm on May 18, 2012 Oelwein Police referred Andrew Richard Johnson Jr, 16, of Hazleton. Johnson was referred to Juvenile Courts Service on a charge of Disorderly Conduct a Simple Misdemeanor. This referral was made after a disturbance was reported in the 300 blk 8th Ave SE.

At 7:19 pm on May 3, 2012 Oelwein Police arrested Kistler Earl Pritchett, 17, of Oelwein. Pritchett was arrested on the charges of Simple Assault a Simple Misdemeanor and Burglary 3rd Degree a Class D Felony. This arrest was made after a disturbance was reported in the 300 blk 3rd St NW.
